I am both a designer who does design, and a design leader who helps other designers do design. I've done both at organizations small and large. I'm a product designer by trade, but I have a strong background in graphic design and bring a high level of polish and visual sensibility to my work. I'm a firm believer a strategy driven by research and testing, and that accessible design is better for everyone.
